Operax reads your Google Ads and Meta ad accounts, shows you where money is being wasted with the evidence behind every finding, and fixes it only when you approve. Every change it makes can be undone.

Search campaign — Example Plumbing Co.
Operax is ad-management software for small businesses that advertise on Google Ads and Meta. You connect your ad accounts. Operax analyses your campaigns, search terms, keywords, ads and budgets, reports what it finds with the underlying data, and proposes specific changes. You approve changes before they are applied, or on higher plans allow certain kinds of change to be applied automatically inside limits you set.
Findings are calculated from your account data: the rows, the date range, the sample size and how confident we can be. The AI explains and prioritises; it does not invent numbers.
Each proposed change says what it will do, what it expects to happen and how that will be measured. Nothing is applied without your approval unless you have explicitly allowed that kind of change.
After a change, Operax compares results against the expectation. If there is not enough data to tell, the verdict is “unmeasurable” and it says so.
Anything Operax creates — a campaign, an ad set, an ad — is created paused. Turning it on is a separate change that you approve.
Proposals wait for you. You see the change, the evidence behind it and how to undo it before anything happens.
Limits Operax holds itself to, such as a ceiling on the spend it schedules and a maximum budget change per step. They are checked against what your accounts actually report, at proposal time and again at execution time.
Every applied change records how to undo it. One click restores the previous state.
One switch stops all AI actions for your whole account immediately. Rollback keeps working while it is on.
A spend ceiling is a limit Operax enforces on itself. It is not a hard stop inside Google or Meta: an ad platform can spend more than a daily budget on a given day, and no software outside the platform can prevent that.
The plan decides how much the AI may do on its own. It never decides what it is allowed to see.

Act within guardrails. Applies the kinds of change you allow, inside your guardrails. Everything else still asks first.
